Hi my friend to be honest I do not like gym or aerobic but I realy like to walk.When I have time I put my toddler in pram and walk one or two hours. It is good exercise for physical and mental health, you can try sometimes alone or with someone who will enjoy like you:-).
I hate exercise also but we have to do for good health and life. Doctor recommended to walk at least 30 min daily.
ReplyDeleteHi Sanja and Ahmed! Oh Ahmed I completely share the same sentiment with you! However I do enjoy lifting heavy weights and cardio is a pain!! Yes I completely agree, I try as much as I can to fit it into my busy lifestyle for wellbeing and good health's sake :)

ReplyDeletetotally agree with you Sania. As soccer player i run a lot and it make me healthier, stronger and more active. I highly recommend running and walking to everyone who wants to have healthier life
